Returns/Refunds
Returns can be made within 30 days of item(s) receipt-inventory willing. Postage fees will be deducted from store credit. Items can be returned for store credit only.
If you received a defective/damaged item(s), we will provide you with a prepaid return label to send merchandise back to us. Should you run into this issue please email us at Info@miesha.co so that we can further assist you.
Return items must have no signs of wear and tear. Any signs of wear or damage will lead to the return request being denied.
If the anti-return label had been cut, removed, or altered in any way this will lead to the return request being denied. All returns must be submitted through our online returns system in order to be processed.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Consultation, deposits, & booking fees are final and cannot be refunded.
If you miss your initial consultation appointment you are entitled to 1 reschedule. If you miss or can't attend the rescheduled date, you will have to book/purchase another consultation date. You will not be refunded for the appointments you missed.
Non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned. Sample sale items, regular sale items, and Kira's closet items cannot be returned. All swimwear and intimate items cannot be returned.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item using store credit.
